Terms
These terms cover use of laiagency.co.uk. Client work is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement; where the two differ, the agreement wins.
The website. We keep the site accurate but make no promise that it is complete or current. Figures shown as past results describe specific engagements and are not a forecast of what any other business will achieve. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is professional advice.
Getting in touch. Sending the contact form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. We may decline work without giving a reason.
Our work for clients. Where we are engaged, we agree scope, fees and term in writing before starting. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control — platform policy, auction dynamics, the product, the market — so we commit to the standard of our work, not to a specific commercial outcome.
Client responsibilities. Clients keep ownership of their advertising accounts, Pages and data, and are responsible for granting and removing our access, for the accuracy of what they give us, and for the lawfulness of what they ask us to advertise.
Intellectual property. The content, design and wording of this site belong to LAI Agency Ltd. Truth in Ads and ejaeja are our products. Client names and logos shown here appear with permission and remain the property of those businesses. Work produced for a client transfers to that client as set out in their agreement.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to £100. Liability for client work is set in the relevant agreement.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
